Key responsibilities of the role:

• Customer Service: Resolver consultas, gestionar transacciones y ofrecer un servicio excelente con pleno conocimiento del producto.
• Sales: Alcanzar objetivos personales y de tienda alineados con los KPIs.
• Store Image: Mantener la tienda según la imagen de marca, con stockroom organizado y reposición oportuna.
• Loss Prevention: Minimizar pérdidas de stock y garantizar control en inventario.
• Professional Conduct: Cumplir el dress code, colaborar en reuniones, apoyar a compañeros, seguir normas de seguridad y representar la marca.
• Store Management: Realizar apertura/cierre de la tienda y gestionar tareas administrativas.
